A gelling agent made from seaweed that is suitable for gelling many liquid preparations. It is completely plant-based and 8-10 times stronger to gel than animal gelatin. Due to its neutral taste, it does not cover or alter other flavors.

Agar agar (E406), dextrose. May contain small amounts of MILK, NUTS, EGGS, SOY, PEANUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS and SULFITES.

Stir in the desired liquid, bring to a boil and allow to cool.
