Ingredients: water, pea protein* (15%), rapeseed oil, flavouring, rice protein, coconut oil, dried yeast, preservative (potassium lactate), vinegar, stabilisers (methyl cellulose, calcium chloride), potato starch, salt, apple extract, colour (beetroot red), concentrated pomegranate juice, potassium salt. *Peas are legumes.
Preparation Instructions
Thaw product in the refrigerator before cooking. Thaw by laying burgers out on a single layer on lined and wrapped sheet tray in refrigerator overnight. Cook product thoroughly. Do not serve raw. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when trying pea protein.
Consumer Storage Instructions
STORE FROZEN <= -18°C. Do not refreeze.
