Preparation Instructions

The cafè milk is intended primarily for the manufacture of espresso-based milk coffee varieties. The flavor enhances, among other things, the cappuccino and cafè lattes fullness. From the Café milk you get a firm, thick and full-bodied foam. To get the best result, the milk should be cooled down in the refrigerator before foaming. One should keep the whipping machine under the milk surface throughout the foaming. The real temperature of the finished milk foam is about 65 C. The velvety milk foam is poured on top of the espresso coffee so that it mixes with the coffee.

Consumer Storage Instructions

Café milk is UHT-treated and therefore remains unopened even at room temperature. Opened package can be stored 3-5 days 0 - +6°C. Best before : look at the top of the package.
