Negrini Nduja Salami paste is a fiery salami paste from the Calabrian region, which is made from finely ground pork fat and meat and traditionally seasoned with Calabrian chili paste. It is perfect on top of bread, as a pizza topping or to season pasta sauces and various meat dishes. Negrini is an Italian company that produces traditional Italian salami and hams with more than 65 years of expertise.
